These days space is something that doesn’t come too easy and if that is the case with you too and you are looking for speakers that will save some space, then the latest speaker from Logitech is perfect for you. If you are looking at a set of speakers for your computer or the HDTV, the Z623 serves the purpose very well.

This 2.1 system has been certified by THX and this is incredible for something as small as these speakers. The package consists of a couple of small speakers along with a subwoofer. But don’t be misled by the size of the package as although small it surely packs a punch. Logitech has had a history of producing some very impressive speakers which have been fairly small in size. Its retail price is $149.

The Z623 has both 3.5mm and RCA stereo inputs and you can easily connect it to your home theater and to your home computer as well. According to Logitech, these speakers will be up for sale in the US and Europe in September. However, they haven’t yet started taking pre orders. The Z623 succeeds the Z-2300, which was also a great set, THX certified and not very highly priced.

The Z623 looks like an apt successor and it comes with enhanced features which should create buzz around. Also the looks have been totally revamped and it looks very stylish. Unlike its predecessor, the Z623 has the volume controls on the satellites and not on a separate control pad. This is a significant change as there have been many instances where users have had issues with the volume control pad.
